The Nueva Ecija police arrested Ayalin while he was selling coconut juice at past 3 p.m. Thursday.

Celebre and Occeña will be brought from Zambales to Manila.

Interior and Local Government Secretary Manuel Roxas II assured the family of the victims that they will help them bring Ayalin to justice.

“By the grace of God and the cooperation of the government officials, the murderer was arrested. There will be no special treatment.” (with reports from CNC)
