She said that her brother had his five teeth extracted by Godofredo Mahilum, a known faith healer, of Sitio Busay, Barangay Punta Mesa last August 1.

The complainant said her brother availed of Mahilum's promo of P700 for extraction of five teeth. The faith healer reportedly used big pliers and prayed for his patient before doing the tooth extraction.

On August 15, Aguirre went to a dentist for the removal of his two teeth that were not totally removed by the faith healer.

De la Cruz said that on August 19, Aguirre died in his sleep.

His death certificate issued by the Municipal Health Office showed he died of infection and blood poisoning.
