POLICE investigators Tuesday said the management of SM City Bacolod has no plan to file charges against Allan Advincula, who accidentally fired his gun, inside the mall.
Advincula was rushed to Riverside Medical Center Monday after his .38 caliber pistol accidental fired inside the Ace Hardware on the mall’s south wing.

The victim sustained a gunshot wound to his right leg, but was released from the hospital shortly after receiving treatment.
Advincula is reportedly working as a bodyguard of a local businessman in Bacolod.
Police said the incident happened around 3 p.m. Monday.
Witnesses said Advincula was having a conversation with his brother, but when he reached something into his pocket, his gun went off.
Soon they saw blood coming out from the victim’s leg, prompting them to call for immediate medical help.
Police said they would conduct an investigation whether Advincula’s gun has license or he the victim himself has a license to carry the firearms in public.
Investigators will also probe why the guards allowed Advincula to carry his gun inside the mall.
