Mayweather’s racist rants prove that he is an attention whore

IN THE midst of the Pacquiao-Margarito promotional tour in Dallas, Floyd Mayweather Jr. threw the worst bashing he has ever done so far against Manny Pacquiao. In his u-stream broadcast, Mayweather referred to Pacquiao as a Midget, Chump, Poochiao and implied once again the P4P King’s use of performance enhancing drugs which he called this time as power pellets. Mayweather told his fans not to worry assuring them that he is just on vacation and will come back to kick Pacquiao’s ass. A lot of other racial slurs were mumbled by Mayweather all of them in the form of low blow attacks on the Filipino Boxing Icon.

This is not the first time that Pacquiao has been victimized by the filthy mouths of the Mayweather family. Floyd Mayweather Sr. accused Pacquiao of taking steroids. Roger Mayweather mentioned the possibility of Manny’s use of a certain A-Side Meth which he implied is the same substance our World War 2 Soldiers took to make them bulletproof like. These unfounded accusations forced Pacquiao to file a multi-million dollars law suit for damages which up to this date is being litigated in the US. 

The funny thing is all these verbal assaults being thrown at the Pacman have boomeranged to this trash talking family.  Many boxing writers have seen these rants as Floyd’s form of excuse and defense mechanism in order to hide the fact that he is scared of fighting Pacquiao. On the other hand, Pacquiao has been very calm in reacting to the situation. He never paid any serious attention to all the mudslinging that has been done to discredit him.  

Indeed Manny Pacquiao has grown not just into a better boxer but into a more mature person. He never stooped down to the level of the Mayweathers who obviously do not know the words class and decency. All these racist outbursts are obvious signs of jealousy for all the honors and recognition that have been given to Pacquiao. Why did Floyd do all these to Pacquiao? The answer is one word. EGO.  

Pacquiao has taken not only his pound for pound throne but all the attention he was once getting from the media and the boxing fans around the world. Pacquiao has even surpassed his cash value in terms of purse negotiations. His undefeated record has been turned from gold to garbage by Pacquiao’s exciting resume.

Pacquiao has been taking on the biggest names in every division he enters while Floyd has been ducking everyone and would only fight either a smaller or an older foe. Pacquiao has been multi-awarded by the BWAA and other notable bodies in boxing while Floyd has been left in the shadow of his status as the antagonist of boxing. 

After all hopes died down for a Pacquiao-Mayweather fight which the world has been wanting to see, Pacquiao will be fighting Margarito while Mayweather declared he is on vacation. Now that Pacquiao is making noise with his upcoming fight with a fighter Mayweather also ducked in Margarito, Floyd suddenly pulls up with a new comedy act just to get the attention of people and probably to distract Pacquiao’s concentration. This only shows that Mayweather Jr. is an attention whore. But all these never affected Manny. Pacquiao didn’t even care to see the video. Pacquiao simply stated that he doesn’t need Mayweather but it is Floyd who needs him. He has done much with his boxing career while Floyd has still a lot to prove.  

Indeed, paying attention to all the dirty things coming out from the mouths of the Mayweathers would be total nonsense. There are a lot of things to see other than their unpleasant faces and there are better things to hear other than their trash talks. Nobody should take them seriously. Maybe we can listen to them if they finally declare that they are ready to fight Manny Pacquiao under any condition. Right now, let us just laugh at Gheto-ese hullabaloos of the Ring Magazine pound for pound number two ranked boxer.
