AS part of the 14th Police Community Relations Month celebration and the Team Negros action plan of the Negros Occidental PNP, Noppo chief Senior Superintendent Manuel Felix was the invited guest speaker in last Wednesday's Rotary Club of Bacolod-North program.
Felix spoke on the topic "PNP Action Plan-Team Negros" before the Rotarians headed by their president Carmelo Mabayag at the L 'Fisher Hotel in Bacolod City.

Furthermore, Felix enlightened the Rotarians on the update of the prevailing peace and order situation in Negros Occidental during his speech, said Chief Inspector Rico Santotome Jr., Noppo public information officer.
Others in attendance during the affair included Chief Inspector Jefferson Descallar, chief of Noppo's PCR Branch, and Rotarians Roy Yanson, Louis Gonzaga, Raymund Joseph Ureta, Jose samillano and Board of Advisers led by PDG Chick Garcia.
The activity forms part of the Philippine National Police's integrated transformation program (ITP) as well as in enhancing neighborhood partnership and involvement in the maintenance of peace and order in the province.
