Why are constituents made to suffer

IT is good that the air waves have Bombo Radyo where the common people could air their feelings, grudges, appreciation and what have you. If there is no such aggressive and helpful radio station in the country that reaches the masses of the far-flung communities in this country, no one could ever imagine how could the common tao share their feelings.

Could he not have the patrol cars of his station roam around the city for police visibility? He should know how to prevent crimes. What use is a crime investigation?
