WHAT is that shameful story about the personnel of the Office of the Building Official receiving marked money? Well no one is surprised about the changing of money in the hands of that office. Hundreds, maybe thousands of people doing business in the city had been scratching heads for the dirty works that some government workers had been doing.
Everything in government deals is made difficult so that you have no choice but to put in grease money. And surely this can be stopped by the new Mayor Sir.
And Mayor, please also check those who are releasing checks . . . they make it difficult so that grease money will be offered. Bastos talaga, Mayor. For so many, many years. You are the hope, Mayor. The signboard says: DO NOT CHEAT. GOVERNMENT HATES COMPETITION.
Trisikad Drivers Remain Kings of the Road
The BTAO is helpless with the trisikad drivers maintaining their crown as Kings of the Roads. The BTAO is inutile on this. Please admit. Until such time that the BTAO will be able to clean up the highways with trisikads not criss-crossing, the BTAO will remain powerless.
What can you say about this, Butch Ebreo, the EA on traffic?
Barangay Captains and their Duties
In this country called the Philippines, to be a Barangay Captain means a life of luxury, many claim. And residents in all parts of this country claim that many Kapitans are not worth their capacity and brains to be one. This is a common observation of the Pinoys of Pnoy.
So please check if your barangay captains or punong barangay are really pouring out their services to the people. Better replace your barangay captains this October if they are inutile or are nincompoops.
Contractor’s Garbage Trucks
Those garbage trucks of the garbage contractor really look like garbage. They collect garbage like in the good old days. The city government should require them to use garbage compactors to be more hygienic.
Another funny thing is their garbage containers left in Burgos Market. The truck brings in an empty garbage container that is supposed to replace the filled-up container. Do they expect the empty container to be placed in the same area with the filled-up container? Some wisdom should be used and stupidity left behind in that garbage. Some residents laugh that their garbage trucks indeed look like garbage. They should use NEW trucks because it is a NEW contract. Who is sharing the pie, anyone?*
