THE centre island that is being built now by DPWH is very much appreciated by the motorists as the island adds safety. But when will DPWH learn how to enforce the installation of reflectors efficient and sufficient enough so that highway works are done with utmost road safety manners. The orange cones are not reflectorized and DPWH allows sand and gravel left in the highway without maximum reflector warnings. When will DPWH learn proper and correct road management? So old a department, yet ignorant in road safety.
Skateboarding along Lacson Street
Traffic Executive Assistant Butch Ebreo should drive around the city always and see what is happening around. Several young boys are skate boarding along the streets of Lacson and the rest. These boys should be jailed even for 60 seconds to make them realize they should not play their toys in the streets. Where are the traffic enforcers and policemen hiding. The traffic chief should also drive around the city every day so he could notice these crazy craze nowadays. Wake up guys!

Barangay Captains should monitor Garbage Disposal
It is amusing that garbage still pile around the city and the garbage collecting contractor remains below par in its collection efforts. What should be done to support garbage collection is for barangay captains should also sweat out and do monitoring activities of garbage disposal. Although they are elective officials, are they the ultimate figures to handle cleanliness in their respective barangay areas? It is a great dismay that many barangay captains have different priorities in life? What can you say Kap Tony O?
