A TWO-team police force composed of 20 personnel will impose security operations at the fire-ravaged Barangay 19 provided by the Bacolod City Police Office.
This, as Police Senior Superintendent Celestino Guara Jr., officer-in charge, has directed all Police Officers 1 undergoing their Field Training Program (FTP) to provide round-the-clock patrol in the area.

"The police officers will help maintain peace and order in the fire site and in securing the area from looters," Guara said, adding that the team will be on a shifting basis with back up support of the Police Station 4.
"We will not give thieves a chance to take advantage of the situation and our police are very much ready to provide assistance until the City Government finishes its task to help our fellow Bacoleños victimized by the fire incident," Guara said.
The various BCPO Force Multipliers are also actively providing security measures at the Mabini Elementary School, which serves as an evacuation center for the affected families. (GMD)
