Semi-final matches
5:45 p.m. Spartans vs. Jaguars
7:30 p.m.  Pitbulls vs. Dragons

This  year’s First Conference Inter-Color Basketball Tournament finals of the Talisay Basketball Athletic Club (TBAC) is a game away when the semi-final starts tonight at the Talisay City gym.
 
No. 2 Spartans will try to slaughter No. 3 Jaguars at  5:45 p.m.  while tournament leader Pitbulls will try to slay the No. 4 Dragons in the main game at 7:30 p.m.

The Jaguars shot down the Eagles in the quarterfinals, 113-93 while  the Dragons burned the  Mustangs, 99-98.

The Spartans’ Prudy Nivera, Oca Aquino, Elizer Cuenca, Joselito Chu, Narciso Galang, Jun-Jun Vulcan, Sonny Cabangal, Eric Morales, Glen Andrade, Richel Malunes, Stanley Besana, Mewyn Oñas, Nino Ramos, Ian Posadas, Romeo Huevos and Salvatuna are itching to stop the Jaguars for good.
 
The Jaguars, of  former president Rolin Meliton with 5-2 win-loss card,  have the same thing in mind. 

Romeo Gruta, Rodney Mesa, Gerard Sarrosa, Samuel Ramirez, Gary Saludares, Estevez, Edwin Ursula, Ernie Castillo, Ruby Acot, Globert Layan, Meynard Quinlat, Marvin Jayobo, Regie Hervias, Chino Ledesma, and Isidro Secuelan will be breathing down their foes’ necks at both ends of the court.
 
Tata Piurque’s Pitbulls powered by Bing Bing Hechanova, Marvin Magdato Sr., Dante Casama, Rico Ortillano, William Camaso, Roldan Chua, Lemuel Acot, Warren de Asis, James Aguirre, Paolo Magbanua, Eric Labayen, Jacob Alunan, Nonoy Pabon, Martin Pasco and Boy Boy Besa will try to remain on top.
 
The  Green Dragons,  anchored by  Rudy Nonato and Talisay City Mayor Eric Saratan,  plus Ramir Javelona, Ramon Treyes, John Po, Arselito Belonio, Arimas, Jorge Bertolano, Eric Berayo, Phonic Geanga, Rodolfo Hijan, Radin Chua, Regie Ortiz, Ralph Alejandro, Jose Joey Diamante and Jun Jun Treyes are eyeing for an upset of the top guns.  

The Dragons will not mind getting the most important game in this conference.  It’s finals or play for third.
