Kyokan Dojo Aikido confab slated today-A A +A

PHILIPPINE and Southeast Asia delegates will gather today and tomorrow in Bacolod City for the two-day Kyokan Dojo Seminar at Bacolod Tay Tung High School.
The two-day conference will feature Aikido instructors from Japan Takeya Tatsumi, 4th Dan Aikikai, and Winston Guasch, 4th Dan Aikikai (Manila, Aikido Sansuikai International).
Assisting are Takashi Tomida, 3rd Dan; Toshinori Ujiie, 2nd Dan; Kazumi Critchley, 2nd Dan and Motoki Okamatsu, 1st Dan.
The seminar aims at fostering goodwill and friendship among all practicing Aikido and promoting the beauty of Bacolod.
The Kyokan Dojo of Bacolod is an Aikido dojo (school) established in year 2000 to spread aikido in the islands of Negros and Panay.
Being the only group affiliated with the Aikikai Hombu (World Headquarters, Japan) in Western Visayas, they have been an active aikido hub in the region propagating quality aikido for more than a decade. (HGD)
