Dynamic Football League opens July 19

THE Dynamic Football League (DFL) 2nd Conference kicks off July 19 at the Panaad Park and Stadium in Bacolod City, with 24 teams expected to join, including 16 for the Under 13 and eight for the Under 11.

For U11, a player must be born January 1, 2004 and later, while those for the U13 must be born January 1, 2002 and thereafter.

Teams in the U11 shall register a maximum of 14 eligible players, while 18 booters are needed for U13. Coaching staff must be comprised of a head coach and two assistant coaches.

Winning team gets three points, one point for a draw and zero for a loss.

In the event of two or more teams tied on points, the following shall be applied: goal difference, greater number of goals scored, results of the match between the concerned teams (winner over the other), or kicks from the penalty mark if the teams involved are still in the field of play.

Other items not covered in this regulation shall be decided by the tournament director or match commissioner. In the absence of any other rules, the 2010/2011 Fifas Rules and Disciplinary Code will be applied. (HGD)
