Sharp-BUS Group hosts tri-city games

CEBU and Dumaguete professional ball clubs will be hosted by Sharp-Basketball Unified Sports (BUS) Group on Saturday at the EMB gym in Rosario Street, Bacolod City.

BUSG adviser Bing Soyao said Dumaguete Professionals will send its 35-above members through DUPROS officials Boy Tionko and William Ong.

The 40 Aces of Cebu will be spearheaded by Melvin Baclay and Steve Leonidas with the club's 45-year olds and above. Tionko, Baclay and Leonidas are Bacolodnons living and working in Dumaguete and Cebu, respectively.

Game time is set from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. for the Tri-City Invitational sponsored by Sharp for 2014.

The Huskies will field Rex Bayer, Hermie Derwil, Bert Celis, John Tumamot, Ariel Tornilla, Bandoy Aliermo, Allan Antones, Biboy Java, Johann Belandres, Garry Garcia, Dagol Flores, Raymundo Sapa, Romel Herrera, Kokoy Fuentebella and Boy Secusana for the 35-above squad.

The 45-Up hosts will include Ireneo Morales, Nene Sibaya, Adrian Melocoton, Rene, Winnie and Boboy Antones, Rey de Guzman, Moises Padilla, Jovito Yasay, Edgar Basco, Jerry Bayles, Boy Ciocon, Nonoy Cordova, Rommel Hofilena and Nene Lapore.

BUS Group's last exposure was a second place finish in the Pueblo Rosario Homeowners Association Summer League.
