6 teams to kick off Dynamic FL games

YOUNG footballers from Don Bosco Technical Institute will wake up early tomorrow Sunday to participate in the Dynamic Football League second conference which kicks off at 8:30 a.m. at the Panaad Stadium in Bacolod City.

The Victorias-based booters will take on University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos (UNO-R) in Field 1A at 9 a.m. simultaneously with Bata Elementary School and University of St. La Salle (USLS) in Field 1B in the opening matches of the Under 11 division.

St. Scholastica's Academy and St. John's Institute will likewise face-off at Field 2 at 9 a.m. for the U13 category.

Other U11 teams waiting to "kick butts" next week are Trinity Christian School, Moises Padilla Elementary School, Montevista Elementary School and St. John's Institute.

Under 13 teams scheduled next to mimic their World Cup idols are Cadiz West Elementary School, Himamaylan Central School, Estefania Elementary School, UNO-R, Bata ES-I; Andres Bonifacio Elementary School-II, DBTI; La Consolacion College-Villasor, Bago City ES, Moises Padilla ES, Sum-ag ES, Apolinario Mabini ES, TCS, Trinity Christian School, and defending champion USLS.

The age-group tournament, organized and managed by Dynamic Football Club of Ricky Yanson, aims to establish a strong foundation for school-based grassroots development program in Negros Occidental.

Winning teams get three points, one point for a draw, and zero for a loss. The 2010/2011 FIFA Rules and Disciplinary Code will apply for other rules not covered by DFL. (HGD)
