Bata, SJI, Moises Padilla book initial wins in DFL-A A +A

IT TOOK three outings for Bata Elementary School, St. John's Insitute, and Moises Padilla ES to barge into the win column of 2014 Dynamic Football League 2nd Conference played every Saturday at the Panaad Stadium in Bacolod City.
Bata snapped the horns of University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos in the U11 division with a five-nil victory for the Baby Rams’ straight defeat in as many outings.
Joseph Anthony Galve led Bata ES with three goals in the 16th, 31st and 40th minutes as Eliezer Opeña and Anthony Marie Rivas Jr. hit their own in the 34th and 37th minutes, respectively.
Powerhouse University of St. La Salle (USLS) clinched its second victory with a 4-3 triumph over Montevista ES as Robbie Emmanuel Tolosa scored three goals in the 15th, 23rd and 34th minutes. Teammate Marco Gabriel Ditching delivered in the 18th minute while Meil Dee Marcon (32', 36’) and Anthony Teodosio (33') scored for the Montevista side.
Joshua Anthony Yee also fired a pair of goals in the 12th and 40th minutes for SJI's win as teammate Timothy Miguel Sarrosa fired another in the 19th minute. C'jhay Remo singlehandedly carried Moises Padilla ES with two goals in the 11th and 13th minutes.
Division leader Don Bosco Technical Institute (DBTI) remained unscathed with three wins after trashing Trinity Christian School, 3-1 as Paul Justine Juen (33’ and 38') and Adrian Martin Padilla (19') anchored the Bosconians. King James Montano delivered a goal for TC’s losing cause in the 34th minute.
In the U13 division Group A, SJI demolished Estefania ES, 7-1 behind Paolo Gabriel Go (7', 9', 42' and 50'), Joshua Angelo Lomotan (20' and 38'), and Ali Lorenzo Arricivita (30'), Jaystern Almenion was the lone scorer for the losing squad.
UNO-R and Cadiz share the top spot in the group after routing their respective opponents over the weekend.
UNO-R blanked Himamaylan side, six-nil on goals of Rowel Hautea Jr. (16' and 33'), John Michael Hugo (40' and 39'), Mark Gabriel Cantos (23') and Jefferson Tolimao (5').
Cadiz West ES, meanwhile, demolished Bata ES-I, 10-1 as Jowihua Rivera spearheaded Cadiz with five goals in the 1st, 35th, 36th, 41st, and 42nd minutes as Christopher Javier added three in the 20th, 29th and 39th minutes while Mark Sedurifa delivered two more in the fifth and 20th minutes. Rexter John Llera (Benteves) was the lone scorer for Bata.
St. Scholastica’s Academy (SSA) gave ABES-II its third defeat with an 8-3 victory.
For U13 Group B, Moises Padilla ES clinched its first victory with a huge 12-nil victory over Sum-ag ES behind Jan Rafaello Mendoza (5', 13', 26', 41', 42', and 45'), Jason Tolentino Jr. (28', 25', 27' and 48') and Jun Maurice Catague (49'), and an own goal from Sum-ag’s Christian Pamilangco (38').
Apolinario Mabini ES scored its second win 8-1 over La Consolacion College-Villasor while defending champion USLS was held to another stand-off again with a one-all draw against TCS. Bago City ES continued to keep the group’s top position with a three-all draw against DBTI.
