Sharp-BUSG and Diding's Eatery (ABC) squares off at 11 a.m. while PESO BAYS Athletic Club and Panasonic-BUSG follows at 1 p.m. At 2:30 p.m. NHOJs and NBG (Negros Basketball Group) serves as the finale of the tripleheader.

Monday, April 15, 2013 - 01:51 a.m.FOODMAN squeaked past Johann Kendrick Tan 96-95 to capture the Class B title of the 13th Tan Kek Pin Memorial Basketball Cup played last Friday at TTHS Po Hang Gym.
Peter Galon engineered the Foodman comeback and scored the last 9 points for Foodman to snatch the championship. The double digit rebounding advantage of Foodman in the 4th quarter was the key to its victory as it gave them more chance offensive opportunities.

BCAN, which stands for Bacolod Coaches Association of Negros, becomes the battlecry every time a drill instructor blew a long whistle. The kids, aged 3 to 17, immediately respond with a quick crisp basic defensive stance and simultaneously yelling BCAN!
168 campers graduate at BCAN clinic today

The neophytes have enjoyed for the last 10 days their BCAN t-shirts and balls and are expected to receive giveaways from BCAN president Bobby Tee and the rest of a dozen coaches who ran the training for kids aged 3 to 17 years old.

Ten teams will select 12 players to don their respective ball clubs that consist of 13 to 16 years old. Every team will parade three 13-year-olds (born 2000); three 14 year-olds (born 1999); three 15-year-olds (born 1998); and three 16-year-olds (born 1997), as League rules state.
