THE Vigan City Government and Rotary Club formally opened and turned over housing units at the 4 C’s village to first 10 beneficiaries in Barangay Capangpangan.

The ceremony was head by Mayor Eva m Marie S. Medina in partnership with Edwin Raquel and his wife.

The 4C’s Village housing project, which was named after the Raquel’s four children (Cristina, Caroline, Catherine and Carmina) is located in a 3,983-square-meter lot owned by the Vigan City Government in Barangay Capangpangan. This was constructed through the "bayanihan" system of the residents.

Medina said the recipients of the housing project were indigent families of the city chosen by a multi-sectoral committee composed of representatives from the local government and the Rotary Club of Vigan. (PNA)
