GERARD Loy came out on top of the 140 shooters in the recently concluded four-day Baguio Centennial Shootfest – Mayor Peter Rey Bautista Cup at the Philippine Military Academy shooting range.
Loy bested Enrico Suntea for the championship in the standard division with the latter settling for the first runner – up honors while Jesus Soriano, Jude Layno and Elmer Rebolledo bagged the second, third and fourth runner-up honors, respectively.

In the modified division, Chito Valite took the championship crown, while Rodolfo Castil took the crown in the revolver category.
Gilbert Atioan took the championship crown in the production division, while Ed Yao settled for the first runner up honor with Rolly Reinoso, Bingo de Asis and Jezreel Descartin winning the second, third and fourth runner-up honors.
In the Single Stack division, Bernie Casusi scored the victory against Rocky Salvador and Archimides Arcaina who both settled for the first and second runner-up honors in the seven stage, Level 2 Philippine Practical Shooting Association Sanctioned Match.
In the range officer category, Bobby Balberan took the championship in the standard division while Gil Quejada won it in the production division.
Michael Bacolod won the championship in the modified division while Ted Ikan took the crown in the open category.
Philippine Information Agency’s Joseph Zambrano and Ariel Arcaina battled it out for the championship with Zambrano winning the championship while Arcaina settled for the first runner up plum as Commission on Election Commissioner Armando Velasco salvaging the second runner – up honors for the Media/Celebrity category.
Enrico Suntea took the championship in the standard division – Lawmen Category with Journey Asayo and Christian Uy settling for the 1st and 2nd runner – up honors respectively.
Bingo de Asis meanwhile took the championship crown in the production division - lawmen category, while Danny Mangallay and Norman Coronia salvaged the first and second runner-up honors.
Pax Bautista took the championship in the single stack division – Lawmen category outscoring Robelito Hebron who settled for the first runner – up honors while Jayson Dalusag settled for the second runner-up honors.
In the senior category Louie Zareno won the championship in the standard division while Rolly Reinoso winning it in the production division while Helario Diaz settling the first runner –up honors.
Fred Libed took the crown in the standard division super senior category while Renato Protactio winning the production division championship.
Luigi Castro came out the top shooter in the open division – Junior category while Jeezreel Descartin winning it in the production division.
Gina Zareno won the championship crown in the Ladies category open division.
