Cobcobo: The garden of youth

Beauty's Secrets

FOR centuries we have heard of stories, tales or even epics about the journeys and struggles of people searching for the "fountain of youth."

They have crossed seas, oceans, mountains and went to the unknown just to find this mystical fountain in order to be young forever.

They didn't realize the fountain of youth they have been looking for is just around them, they can find it just outside their homes, their yard, their farm and even in the nearest mountains.

But it is not a fountain, it is a garden, "it's the garden of youth"
Yes, it's the "garden of youth" which has helped us stay young and appear years below our age. But it is not eternal.

Everybody will age eventually. What is important is that we should stay healthy, looking and feeling younger than our actual age or at within our actual age.

Why does the "garden of youth" makes us younger? It's because of the fruits and vegetables are where we get the necessary vitamins and minerals to keep us young and healthy.

Looking young and healthy doesn't only depend on exercise and mental outlook but it also greatly depends on what we eat.

I have listed, some vitamins and mineral, their fruits and vegetables sources (except for some that do not have fruits and vegetables sources) and their benefits, so you can have a guide on your diet plans and needs. (To be continued next week.)
