Cobcobo: Beauty tips from inside out-A A +A

HERE are some tips I have learned and trying so hard to live by. I think these tips are more important than external regimens because what's inside us will reflect in our looks.
1. Exercise. If you are not the person who does exercises and you have a sedentary lifestyle, I guess it's time to move your muscles even for a few minutes every day. Maybe you can try walking 30 minutes daily until it becomes a habit then try more vigorous exercises when you have established your exercise discipline.
2. Eat moderately. Eat what you want but in moderation because if you deprive yourself of the things you want to eat their might be a tendency that you will crave for it which may lead to eating too much of it. This is the most difficult tip I am doing especially since I have to eat with my nephews and nieces. I eat what they eat and I don't want to prepare a special meal just for me.
3. Remove your worries. Years ago when I was starting my business, I worried a lot. But through reading and learning, I have learned not to worry because all problems have solutions and I realized that if things have become out of control or fail, there are positive things that comes with it like learning from it and better new opportunities follows it. It’s really difficult but if we humble ourselves, we can do it.
Worrying can do a lot of harm on us because it destroys our health.
4. Remove hatred and anger. We are not perfect but maybe we can lessen it a lot. It also affects our health and relationship to people around us.
These tips are not done overnight, sometimes it really takes years to achieve it. But why not try it even if it takes a long time? The benefits are worthwhile.
