Military academy official shot 4 times: autopsy report

AN AUTOPSY conducted on the body of Lieutenant Colonel Ferdinand Macasaet revealed that he took four bullets from an assassin.

A gunman shot dead Macasaet while the victim was on his way home at Pinesville subdivision in Baguio City, Thursday last week.

Macasaet was head of the department of air warfare of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) in Fort Del Pilar.

A bullet fired at his left jaw exited at the back portion of his head, the report conducted by the Philippine National Police (PNP) crime laboratory revealed.

Police have formed a task force to identify Macasaet's assailant.

Macasaet was a member of the PMA Class 1989. (Rimaliza Opiña)
