Organizations join Hedcor in mission

ABOITIZPOWER wholly-owned subsidiary Hedcor Inc. together with the Aboitiz Foundation Inc. partnered with different social and civic groups to deliver free medical and dental services to Barangay Tadiangan last April 8.
The medical mission was accompanied by members of the Philippine Dental Health Association-Benguet Chapter, JCI Baguio Sunflower, the Family Planning Organization, SLU School of Nursing and the Association of Cordillera Medical Students catered to 286 residents of the barangay.
Among the services rendered were medical and dental care, circumcisions, pediatric care, and family planning seminar. Free medicine amounting to P50,000 was also distributed to patients as prescribed by volunteer doctors.
Hedcor’s medical mission is the second outreach conducted this year.
AboitizPower is the holding company for the Aboitiz Group’s investments in power generation, distribution, retail and power services.
It is a major producer of Cleanergy, its brand for clean and renewable energy in the Philippines with several hydroelectric and geothermal assets in its generation portfolio.
