THE City Council rejected a latest bid to operate a trade fair at Juan Luna Drive in Burnham Park.
The trade fair to be ran by the Helping People, Helping Baguio was supposed to take over the trade fair vacated by the Association of Barangay Councils, which also took over a trade fair of the City Social Welfare and Development Office.

It took two previous trade fairs for the council to reject the latest request.
The council on Monday said the proponent failed to comply with some provisions of the Trade Fair Ordinance.
The group proposed to hold the trade fair from May 17 to June 17 and has asked the City Government to co-sponsor the activity.
Earlier, the council approved the holding of trade fairs to accommodate livelihood projects of women's organizations under the supervision of the City Social Welfare Office, the Liga ng mga barangay and a religious organization at Igorot Park.
