POLICE still have no leads in the case of the 17-year-old girl allegedly abducted, raped and robbed Monday.
Conflicting statements between Police City Director David Lacdan and Baguio City Police Office Information Officer Charissma Sta. Juana failed to give a clear picture of the incident.

Lacdan, in a telephone interview, said he was in the middle of a seminar Wednesday and declined to comment on the case.
Lacdan said the case still has to be verified by asking the victim to give an official statement.
However, Baguio City Police Office Information Officer Charissma Sta. Juana said in a text message to Sun.Star Baguio that police still have not contacted the victim as well as her family, making it difficult for authorities to piece together the real happenings of the case.
Police blotter revealed that on Monday, Sherry (not her real name), was allegedly abducted, raped and robbed somewhere in Baguio City, on her way to school.
Sherry, a high school senior and a resident of La Trinidad studying in Baguio, was waiting for a cab in front of a grocery along Bokawkan Road.
Allegedly, Sherry hailed a cab around 7 a.m. Monday and was next seen along the streets of Balili 3 p.m.
During the eight-hour period, Sherry was allegedly drugged twice, causing her to lose consciousness. In between her lucid hours, she remembered being ordered to dance and later woke up without her clothes on.
Her abductors put her inside a jeepney and left along Balili after taking her cell phone and her cash to P250. (Ma. Elena Catajan)
