Liberal Party oath taking set today

PREPARATIONS are set for the arrival of President Benigno Aquino III who will administer the oath of Liberal Party (LP) members at the Benguet State University grounds Monday.
Transportation and Communications Secretary and LP President Manuel Roxas II will also be present in the oath taking.
Representatives Ronald Cosalan and Teddy Baguilat will lead the local officials in the oath taking and orientation.
Basic Orientation on Liberal Democratic, one of the necessary requirements before being considered as new members of the Liberal Party, started Sunday.
Liberal Party ideologies being employed and inculcated in every member of the party include always taking into consideration the interest of others rather than one’s self, pursuing inclusive progress through cooperation.
Presidential Secretary Sonny Coloma said Aquino is just following a process of democracy being the titular head of the Liberal Party.
Coloma added the strengthening of the party is a sign of good governance and those included are one in helping in nation building.
The Liberal Party meeting will convene all Cordilleran officials for a meeting as well as a forum with the president.
Recruitment for the Liberal Party in the region has gone full force and with the presence of Aquino in Monday’s oath taking seals the unity of its members.
Aquino has been personally making the rounds for the Liberal Party.
