UPB summer program takes popular turn

THE College of Arts and Communication of the University of the Philippines (UP) Baguio will hold the Talastasan Public Forum with the theme “taking the popular turn” as part of the CAC Summer Arts Program 2013.
The forum, which is recommended for teachers especially in the Cordillera region, will be held on April 3, 2013, 08:30 a.m. to 05:30 p.m., at the CSS-AVR,
UP Baguio lectures will be delivered by esteemed writers-scholars from the University of the Philippines Diliman and the Likhaan UP Creative Writing Center: Dr. J. Neil Garcia (popularizing gender studies), Dr. Victor Emmanuel Carmelo Nadera (popularizing history in telenovela), and Dr. Romulo Baquiran (translation and the popularization of discourses in the sciences).
