PNPA now accepting applications-A A +A

THE Philippine National Police Academy is now accepting applications for the PNPA Cadet Admission Test (PNPACat) on November 10 at its 25 testing centers nationwide.
Young men and women who would like to pursue a career in public safety service may avail of the four-year full scholarship cadetship program being offered by the PNPA.
Applicants must be natural-born Filipino citizens; 18 years old and not more than 22 years on the date of appointment; single with no parental and financial obligation; high school graduate upon application; at least five feet four inches height for males and five feet two inches for females; with weight corresponding to the applicant’s height, gender and age and not exceed or be lower than 11 pounds or five kilograms of the standard weight; physically and mentally fit for cadetship training and must pass the minimum required physical fitness exercises; with good moral character; no pending complaint and/or case before any tribunal; not a formal cadet of the PNPA or other similar institutions; not have been dismissed from any private employment or government position for cause; and must pass the PNPACat, medical, neuro-psychiatric and agility test and interview.
High school valedictorians and salutatorians and college cum laude, magna cum laude and summa cum laude are exempt from taking the PNPACT.
Application forms can be downloaded at www.pnpa.edu.ph. Duly accomplished application forms together with a self-stamped window envelope may be submitted to the Office of the Registrar or mail to: The Director, (Attention: Registrar), Philippine National Police Academy, Camp General Mariano N. Castaneda, Silang, Cavite 4129.
