Speak Out: Abortion - A threat to human mental health

ABORTIONS give raise to mental health risk of many women who undergo the procedure in life proven by studies.

Based on data collected from previous studies by many psychologists and researchers, women with unwanted pregnancy have a higher incidence of mental health problems in general.

Furthermore, women suffering from common disorders such as anxiety or depression is about 11-12% but the researchers said the women with unwanted pregnancy have three times this rate, which proves women with an unwanted pregnancy leads to abortion have high problems of mental health.

And the Department of Health through it works came out that abortion can negatively affect a woman’s mental health.
