DO YOU think Bill Gates and Henry Sy were just lucky, or did they have a plan? You better believe they had a plan -- a long, long-term vision. And they worked hard and took a series of logical, actionable steps to achieve them. They didn’t just think it. They did it.

To have a mansion, first thing to think of is to have its foundation the wall. So let’s begin to build our wall. I’m going to build the biggest and greatest wall that has ever been built. But, how could I? Of course, I’m going to lay a brick as perfectly as a brick can be laid. I will do this every day and soon I will have my wall. Talking about bricks, pretend like a tetris player where your goal in life is to win your battle.

In playing tetris, you should have a strategy against your formidable foes. In life, you’ll face off many opponents. It could be physically, mentally, emotionally and a lot more. And sometimes your antagonists appear all at once. You should be prepared. A good tactic is to have big moves and combos to force your opponents to the brink. An early attack could result into early success. So start your plan and start moving. Remember that time is gold. Each minute you should have done something for the betterment of your tomorrow.

Sometimes there are tough enemies. So, I suggest that you better have a weapon. T-spins, tetrises, and combos are all valuable tool. Weapons will have a great help in building your bricks and prevents your opponent to send his bombs in tetris. In having a weapon in life, fate in God is the only one which has no cost yet gives you benefit. Thus, I highly recommend you this weapon to not lose it. When you lose it I bet your goal will really turn into ash hence, a best reminder is to keep it in your heart and mind.

Devote your time and attention. In order for you to progress and move a higher rank in tetris, you should devote your time and attention to it. Life is so short. Every hour one to three lives is taken away. You’ll never know when your time is. You don’t know when you’ll be six feet under the ground. Therefore, to pursue your dreams you should not waste your precious time in things which offers you nothing in return.

Exert effort. Playing tetris is not just by moving our fingers but also by seeing the next piece and try to locate a good spot for it. Try to look beyond what the naked eye could see. In doing something remember that you are doing that for someone or for something. You are trying to impress someone that’s why we exert effort in doing something even in the smallest thing. We can amaze someone or something but the one we must astound the most is ourselves which springs us the purpose why we should keep on doing something and continue to excel. You should apply effort by thinking out of the shell and not sticking with what the unusual does.

To pack it all up, the first thing you need in your bag is to have a plan, second put God in your heart and mind, third devote time and attention, fourth exert effort and lastly, do not depend in all I wrote because I know you can have your better steps on how to achieve your goal. Just be confident and believe in yourself.
