A CHRISTIAN ministry in the city made a big leap in trying to win non-Christians to Christ through a thanks giving concert that also made everyone feel the true essence of the celebration of Christmas.
Day by Day Christian Ministries feel that evangelism and entertainment will prepare the concert attendees’ hearts and souls for Christ. A reason why Hasik Binhi II Concert was held Sunday evening advocating the Church’s mission which is to spread the word of the Almighty to let everyone know about His undying love for everyone.
“One day you will look your way and you will say… I made the right choice,” was the essence of the concert participated by both Christian and Non-Christian musicians and performers.
Some highlights of the Hasik Binhi Concert include the interpretation of Day by Day Choir of the song “Ang Diwa ng Pasko” composed by Music Director Brother Erwin, the rendition of “Himig ng Pasko” by Bakakeng National High School lead by Brother Ram, and the performance of the guest performers from the Philippine Baptist Theological Seminary with the Korean youth.
The evening concert also became an event to remember with the performance of Sisters Ester Mostrales, Patricia Sayana, May Ann Alcantara, and Ardene Gail Rabanal, Brother Hans, and Pastor Samuel who sang the popular song “You Raise Me up” by Josh Groban.
Instrumentalists Erwin Sigante, Roy Rubia, Jade Dela Cruz, Raymark Casuga, and Gideon also made an outstanding performance.
Hasik Binhi II, a thanks giving concert also became memorable to everyone with the inspiring message of Day By Day Administrative Pastor Sister Carol Reyes Soledad who talked about the essence of having Jesus Christ.
The successful concert was also made possible with the concerted efforts of the different committees headed by Sisters Mila Velasco, Helen Mendoza, Gina Dela Cruz, Susan Urbano, Elvie Velasquez, Linda Villaraza, and over-all Director Susan.
Day By Day Ministries intends to strengthen its evangelical services in other communities through an outreach mission which they hope to fulfill next year.
Listening to inspirational music in this time that we experience adversity will keep us motivated for life. It unites us for common goal. “Music also touches us emotionally, where words alone can’t,” as famous actor Johnny Depp say.
May Day by Day Christian Ministries continue to inspire people through evangelism and music in this time when people need it the most.
