Let us compare the two...

Salary Takers
Salary Makers

1. What will I receive?... What can I give?

2. What will it take to get?... I'll do whatever it takes to get what is right.

3. It's not my job... Whatever the job, can I be of help?

4. Someone else is responsible... I am responsible.

5. Will it pass?... Is the team better off because I work here?

6. How do I look good?... How do the team look good?

7. Paycheck is the reason I work... Paycheck is the product of my excellence.

8. Pay me now, I'll produce later... I'll produce now, you can pay me later.
