THE question whether people are born athletic can be answered with a big “YES.” But even for those born athletic we still have health problems of our own to solve. Health is one of the most important riches in life and one should innately treasure it from birth because living our lives to the fullest is determined by our overall well being.

Living life to the fullest is living it holistically; it involves a well rounded personality and a balanced development of mind, body, and spirit. To think that this is the best way to go through life, there are factors which affect the individual and sometimes cause failure for a happy and healthy life.

However, an individual creates rules to live by where lifestyle and environment plus a dash of attitude are factors affecting one’s perspective of being healthy. It still takes a lot of intellectual humility and tolerance for the individual to go through a healthy life.

Being healthy is about involving oneself in recreational and sporting activities; it is listening to other peoples perspectives on health problems and needs, and being open to them, and being willing to change your point of view of being healthy, trying not to be dogmatic about what you believe is to be true.

Individuals should not dither themselves of being healthy. They should be able to make decisions on the most important things they learn or think is best for their health because their decisions will be a catchall description of their willingness to change their lifestyle and attitude in favor of health.

People usually become introverts when they know and think that they need to or are to change a lifestyle to be healthy. Some get conscious of their weight; they worry about being fat or they worry being sickly; or wanting to build a better body structure. These are only some of the health problems which make people want to crawl out off their caves to be able to feel good and put their trust in people who can help them.

On the other hand, people become extroverts because of the thinking that they go well along with their health and they can usually get in front of people talking about it with exuding energy. However, even with the good health people still face the pressure of everyday living because of “STRESS” which at the end of the day gives them uncomfortable mental and physical feelings.

In other words, being healthy is enriching equally the mind, body, and spirit thus giving the individual the upper hand to manage himself of the factors affects his health. Being healthy is giving time to yourself for health’s sake.
