Longer routes to challenge runners in Brent Run

A LONGER third offering of the Brent Run is set to take off with a different route to offer for long distance racers from all over Baguio and nearby Benguet including La Union.
Four race distances will greet runners of all ages that will have a road and a trail covering 3k, 7k, 11k, and the 22 kilometer run slated March 17 which starts at the Brent Campus.
Organized by Brent International School Baguio, the foot race is for the benefit of the school's medical-dental-optical mission and other community service projects.
Cash prizes and medals await the top finishers in the race which will have its mass start at 5:30 in the morning. This is the third running event of Brent International School Baguio through its Parents and Teachers Association (PTA).
Registration opens on February 15 at all registration centers and launching will be at the BRENT PTA Bazaar on February 16 (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.) at the Brent International School Baguio Gymnasium.
Runners in the 3k will be charged P200 while registration for the 7k will be at P250 with the 11K and 22K at P300 and P550 respectively with Smart Telecommunications backing the event.
The registration fee is inclusive of race bib and race singlet while cash prizes and medals await top finishers.
Registration centers will be at the Brent International School Baguio - Brent Road, Baguio Country Mart-Session Road, Baguio Palace Hotel - Legarda Road and Total Motorparts, La Trinidad.
