FATIGUE crash, one of the frequently felt anxieties of a person in his daily activities, has something to do with energy and exhaustion. People feel fatigued or crash or feel sleepy during the day in the afternoon usually on the lazy hours of the mid-day like1 to 2 p.m.

A person usually feels fatigued mentally and physically. It is characterized by loss of energy and exhaustion. Whether mental or physical, fatigue can be the result of many factors such as a person’s medical condition; resulting to liver or kidney problems, anemia, heart insufficiency, diabetes etc.

The more common factors are inadequate sleep caused by sleep apnea or mental stress and physical problems that can be factors as well, such as, vitamin deficiency, caloric deficiency, excessive stress, melancholy or depression, excessive nicotine and alcohol intake, medical side effects, lack of exercise and improper diet causes fatigue.

Most people when feeling fatigue usually try solutions to boost their energy in order to relieve fatigue and exhaustion to avoid crashing or getting sleepy on the wee hours of the day. Drinking coffee or energy drink is one usual solution to perk them up. It’s no problem actually, but for some too much caffeine consumption can equal big problems.

Studies show that caffeine can give an immediate release of energy when it is required, but it is how much caffeine you are using that can cause problems for some. In some individuals coffee can act metabolically to surge a temporary surge in blood glucose, which leads to overproduction of insulin which causes a subsequent blood sugar crash, but, within an hour or two you’ll have even a greater sense of fatigue and exhaustion.

Relieving exhaustion and increasing energy may be the best formula to overcome fatigue. By taking the pressure off (physically and mentally) and allowing your body and mind to rest and your body hydrated allows the body to recover naturally relieving exhaustion. On the other hand, exercise is the best way to gain energy; however, constantly trying to exercise in trying to increase the energy level in an already fatigued body will ultimately break your body down to a point of complete failure or exhaustion.

We are always on the go- working 40 hours or more every week, raising children, exercising intensely, and dealing with everyday life challenges, so we need a reduced time to exhaustion, to improve recovery and decreased stress levels and to be able to have that needed source of energy and everyday relief of exhaustion. The bottom line: fatigue is caused by so many factors; learn how to handle it to avoid mystery ailments.
