Flower Tee golf tilt hits greens 15-16

BAGUIO’S top amateur parbusters are set to hit the greens anew for the Flower Tee Open Golf Tournament slated February 15-16 at the Baguio Country Club golf course.
Close to 200 golfers are expected to suit up in the Molave format of play in the tournament as part of the city’s 18th year celebration of the annual Baguio Flower Festival.
Three classifications will be played in the men’s division divided into three classes, A,B, and C in the 18-hole, par 61 and 4,038 yards, designed by Luis Golem Silverio which presents seven par 4s and eleven par 3s.
The ladies division will have two classes, while a guest division and a jungolf division will also see action in the two-day tournament with tee off time at 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. on February 17 and 6-10 a.m. on February 18.
Registration for the golf tournament is at P1,000 for members, while the jungolf is pegged at P800 and the guest division will be charged P2,000 per golfer.
Mulligan tickets will also be available at P200 of the tournament in cooperation with the Baguio Summer Capital Golf Club.
