WHEN fitness is fun and feels like a game, the result are sure and satisfying people would not like to get out or stop exercising because they know they will reap the rewards of improved fitness.
The idea that people instantly gain the benefits of fitness if they go to gyms or do exercise may be true, but not all are benefitted in successfully achieving their goals, because the premise behind faster fitness development integrates four quadrants of a faster fitness development program; exercise, lifestyle, motivation, and support.
The idea of the integration of the four quadrants in fitness evolved from experimenting models to address the problems many people typically have in sticking to and succeeding in their fitness programs. These visual models also show at a glance, how deeply into each level of the program an individual is participating.
Initiative, perseverance, and will power of individuals to include the necessary discipline needed are factors which will determine their fitness assessment and improvements, which will include their exercise program, and their motivational support system.
These will also address their need for having clear and ongoing evidence of progress in both their exercise and lifestyle change, and others like accountabilities and social support are simple ways of organizing around meaningful results.
Personal behavior is as important because it levels the playing field between individuals and provides different goals for different fitness levels. Progressively, more advance exercise programs and techniques will be learned.
Also by linking the trainers’ focus for the individual athlete, and the individual’s personal goals and achievements, they can work together toward the achievement of the individual athletes’ goal, in this manner exercise performance goals of individuals are set.
And when progress is seen not only in the mirror and as they get closer to their goals and find success on many levels, then fitness for both individual and trainer will be fun. The same also applies for their lifestyle habit goals, by tracking the percentage of progress and success, and then it will make it easier for the individual with differing goals to achieve them fairly.
