BANTAMWEIGHT mix martial arts fighter Kevin Belingon is looking forward to another knock out performance following his sensational first round stoppage of previously undefeated David Aranda in One Fighting Championship way back in December 2013.

Now, the Ifugao fighter of Team Lakay wants to follow it up as he eyes another shot at the One FC bantamweight crown when he squares off against Korea’s Dae Hwa Kim in the promotion’s 14th event dubbed ‘War of Nations’ set on March 14 at the Stadium Negara in Kual Lumpur Malaysia.

“Excited tsaka motivated ako kasi pag nanalo ako eh may chance na lumaban ako sa title kaya nagging puspusan din ang training ko,” said Belingon.

With a record of 12 wins and three losses, Belingon is once again facing a giant in Kim who boast of nine wins, four by submission, and two coming from knock out.

“Undefeated siya and he’s a brawler tsaka may laro din sa ground kaya pinghandaan namin sa lahat ng aspeto ng laban at di ako takot sa ground game niya kasi alam ko naman na kaya ko siyang sabayan sa kahat,” added Belingon.

Belingon's recent victory against Aranda the last time out at the MOA Arena in Pasig City has catapulted him once again as one of the title contender in Asia’s largest mix martial arts promotion.

The Belingon - Kim match-up is the co-main event of the night headlined by the One FC’s first Welterweight World Champion when Nobutatsu Suzuki and Brock Larson clash inside the cage.

'War of Nations' will also see the heavily anticipated rematch of Asia’s top female mixed martial artists as Sherilyn Lim takes on Ann Osman. Malaysian MMA fans can also look forward to the return of Malaysian MMA star Peter Davis and Wes Jaya.

“Following the resounding success of ONE FC’s jam-packed events in Malaysia in 2013, we are returning to Kuala Lumpur with one of the best cards in the organization’s history. Fans around the world have been eagerly awaiting the next ONE FC World Championship title belt to be introduced, and now, the wait is over,” said One FC CEO Victor Cui.

Cui added the One FC Welterweight division is filled with the most talented mixed martial artists in the world and we will crown the best of the best when Suzuki meets Larson.

“Our passionate fans in Malaysia will be treated to a night of unforgettable mixed martial arts action,” Cui continued.

Also in the fight card is the clash of top Lightweights. Hard-hitting Iranian wrestler Kamal Shalorus will duel Jiu-Jitsu black belt Ariel Sexton.

Fans in Asia can catch all the action live on STAR Sports. Fans from around the world can witness the action online via live streaming at www.onefc.livesport.tv. and will be available for US$9.99.
