THE Saint Louis University Lady Navigators are off to a strong start in a bid to improve last year’s finish in the ongoing 2014 PVF National Intercollegiate Volleyball Championships.

After a decent second runner-up finish in last year’s Intercollegiate tilt, the Lady Navigators are eyeing a spot in the finals after disposing University of Assumption, 25-14, 24-26, 25-17, 25-13, and later on Philippine Women’s University in their second game, 25-14, 25-15, 25-21 at the SLU Prince Bernard Gym.

Lyceum Polytechnic University, who earlier downed PWU, scored yet another lopsided victory against Holy Angels University, 25-8, 25-8, 25-17.
