TCS beach volleyball finally sees action
Sunday, March 24, 2013 - 08:56 p.m.SAINT Louis University (SLU), together with 16 other teams, opened their title bid on Sunday as the 1st TrueColors BBEAL Panagbenga Women's Beach Volleyball finally kicked off after its postponement two weeks ago.
The SLU Lady Navigators will be a marked squad in the two-day competition at the slow sands of the newly constructed beach volleyball court at the Athletic Bowl.

Sunday, March 24, 2013 - 08:56 p.m.ELITE Filipino runner Erick Paniqui and former national team Crystabel Marquez raced against time to top their respective category in the 22 kilometer (22K) for the third offering of the Brent Run for a Cause during the weekend.
The running Ilonggo crossed the finish line with one hour, 19 minutes and 54 seconds (1:29:54) besting University of the Cordilleras' Cesar Castaneto Jr. with a time of 1:24:57, five minutes slower than Paniqui while Samuel Tarus finished third in the half road, half trail run with a time of 1:26:58.
