LA TRINIDAD-based boxer Noel Sungahid will test his mettle when he faces current World Boxing Council International super flyweight champion Sylvestre Lopez of the Elorde stable.
Fresh from a win last March against Kapangan's Alvin Tam, Sungahid will square off with Lopez in the main event of the Elorde Sports Center fight night.

The Mandaue native, now fighting under the Brico Santig, will stake his 19-win record including 16 knockouts with 14 losses and 4 draws.
This will be the first fight of Lopez since winning the WBC regional crown last April via an 8th round TKO victory over Jong-Nam Park of South Korea.
Also fighting in the event is current WBC International light flyweight titleholder Julius Alcos who will test his skills against Roy Jones Picardal.
Both of these bouts are non-title fights.
In the supporting events, Ryan Sermona is set to slug it out with Ronell Esparas in eight rounds for 126 lbs division while Raymond Sermona will test Celso Dangcod in six rounds also under the 126 lbs division. (Roderick Osis)
