PRESIDENT Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has directed the transportation department to open the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 flights by the end of March 2007.
Cabinet Secretary Ricardo Saludo said Arroyo, during Tuesday’s Cabinet meeting, ordered the Department of Transportation and Communication (DOTC) to finish the evaluation of the airport’s structural integrity by next month. (more…)

PRESIDENT Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has dismissed Defense Assistant Secretary Ricardo San Andres for violation of the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act.
