My Mum said the only president who can change the system is your current President Arroyo . She try to change it but some politicians doesn’t want it , especially the one man stood it to your former congressman Venincia(i hope am i correct the name) hihihihihih he is bad..One man against the whole nation. (WE saw in T.V. here in australia)The Reporter also is to be blame. I don’t know what is cha-cha cha but i think that is the beginning of changing your system ..Now tell me who is the President wants to change your corrupt system????maybe coming or never!!!!! so YOU will suffer.?!!
