WITH several big names in business and industry hobbling as a result of the global economic meltdown, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) continue to provide financial strength to the Philippine economy.
SMEs comprise more than 99 percent of registered businesses in the Philippines and employ 70 percent of the country’s work force.(more)
