BAGUIO CITY — Threats of spread of the bird flu virus failed to dampen the spirit of local officials of Rizal town in Kalinga, as 2,000 ducks have been reserved for their Pinikpikan Festival.
Rizal Mayor Marcel dela Cruz said the festival could help boost the town’s agro-industrial and eco-tourism industries. (more)
