A RECENT study made among people 50 years old and above found out that nearly 94 percent believe that God exists, 86 percent believe that there is heaven, and 70 percent say there is a hell. But the study stopped short at the question people have in their minds, namely will many go to heaven? Will all go there or will some be condemned to hell.

Michelle: There’s a not-so-recent phenomenon that has changed the way we relate romantically. I’m referring to cyber relationships found in this parallel universe called the World Wide Web where you can find anything and everything including love. However, there are peculiar concerns about love and relationships one encounters on the internet. For example, this girl whose relationship with a guy she has known for a year is mainly through e-mails. Though they talk on the phone a lot and chat online, she thinks that even if he is interested in her, there’s always a question if he likes her enough to evolve their relationship to a deeper level. You find so much pleasure in watching people, you make a guessing game as to how old is that woman sitting across the table in a resto, or that man walking aimlessly in the mall, or that guy texting while walking. Sometimes you guess it right, but looks can be deceiving.

What do you do
When you know
You are not
Who you are supposed to be?

When you are
Somebody
You don’t want to be?
And that nothing
You can do
Can change who
You are meant to be?
