Children’s Month

But it is children, you and your classmates, that have a whole month all to yourselves! It shows how important children are in the world. You, children, are the source of joy of us, elders. You are the reason why your lolos, lolas, mamas and papas work very hard. They work and work everyday so that you will have a better future, a better tomorrow.
If we your elders, do not do something now about our surroundings, can you just imagine what kind of world we will have when you grow older? Will we have enough water? Will we still have a lot of trees? Will we still be able to have clean air?
Whenever we try to campaign for the environment and clean our surroundings, we are all doing this for all of our children.Â
So there we have it, dear Kidsters! See how important you all are in the eyes of adults of this world.Â
Now for your part, Kidsters, you have to also do your own share. You must be obedient, as I keep on saying in this corner. You must study hard, you must read a lot, and like I said last time, you must be disciplined in your ways. We, your elders, cannot do everything for you. This is a two-way thing.
If we all want to succeed in preparing a better tomorrow for you, then we must help each other. Happy Children’s Month, Kidsters!
