WHILE boxing hero Manny Pacquiao was partying the night away last Friday, law enforcers were doing their own thing in capturing Oakwood mutineer Marine Capt. Nicanor Faeldon.
It was a day of celebration that started with the return to the country by Pacquiao and fellow boxing champion Jimrex Jaca. They had several courtesy calls on government offices including Malacanang, followed by a motorcade through two major cities and an all-night party to celebrate their recent boxing victory. (more…)

MANILA — Despite inclement weather, Filipino world boxing champion Manny Pacquiao was given a hero’s welcome Friday during a motorcade around Manila and Quezon cities, hours after he planed in from Los Angeles, California via Honolulu, Hawaii.
Pacquiao and wife Jinky arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) aboard Philippine Airlines flight PR 103 at 5 a.m. Friday. (more…)

Everyone’s talking about Manny Pacquiao and rightfully so. He is a homeboy who did great in boxing, fought for his countrymen and became a national hero.

AFTER knocking out Erik Morales cold in the biggest fight of his life, Manny Pacquiao will be keeping himself away from boxing. Well, at least for now.
