NEGROS Amateur Boxing Association (Naba) vice president Oscar “Dodong” Bascon said Friday he believes Filipino boxing icon Manny Pacquiao will defeat his Mexican opponent Eric “El Terible” Morales when the two collide for the third time this November in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
