Province of Marinduque entry
On March - 1 - 2009
Scary looking warriors were seen along the Session Road Sunday during the Panagbenga Float Parade.
The Province of Marinduque was among the 23 participants of this year’s float design contest.
Spectators, especially the kids, were frightened by the warriors as they portray their roles. After doing so, they distribute fliers about their beautiful province.

This is one of the best moves the province did on its way to tourism. I only knew that Marinduque had an entry in Panagbenga when I watched the news on TV and it really makes me more proud of my province. I remember when I was small I didn’t like to go around the town when we were having a vacation because of Moriones roaming around. Hehehe! They really scares me. Now? I love taking pictures with them and post them to my site. And realized that it is a Marinduque trademark. Wow! Let’s do more of these things.
