ANYBODY who uses the stylized “Sinulog” word and logo will have to ask for permission from the Sinulog Foundation Inc.

Only the foundation has the exclusive authority to use the word and the logo until March 26, 2017, as contained in a certificate issued by the country’s Intellectual Property Office (IPO), which approved the patent application. (more)
